The company reserves the right to modify, reject, or cancel orders. If payment is processed before cancellation, a refund equal to the payment amount will be issued.

Subscriptions
Subscriptions automatically renew with automatic billing until cancellation is received. Access to Caddy Clubhouse Circle ceases upon cancellation.

UK and EU customers may cancel contracts within 14 days without notice for:
Digital content not supplied on tangible medium (14 days from purchase date)
Services (14 days from purchase date)

Effects of Cancellation
If service performance began during the cancellation period, you must pay a proportionate amount for services rendered. Any overpayment will be reimbursed using your original payment method unless otherwise agreed. No reimbursement fees apply.
This cancellation right is independent of any return or refund policy.
Consumer Protection Law
Where the Sale of Goods Act 1979, Consumer Rights Act 2015, or other applicable consumer protection legislation applies and cannot be excluded, these terms will not limit your statutory rights. Mandatory legislation provisions take precedence over conflicting terms.
